There is overwhelming evidence that parent participation in education helps our children do better in school.  When parents and teachers work together the gains in achievement are significant.

At Copplestone we want to work together to provide closer links between home and school and think of ways forward to develop a partnership and work towards a common goal.

In its time the CPTA has raised many thousands of pounds which have been spent on improving equipment and resources to enhance our children's education and the facilities in school in general.

We help fund many of the school trips, visitors and swimming lessons that school organise.

In order for the CPTA to continue to run events and raise money for Copplestone School we always need a team of helpful committee members.  If you wish to help out but do not want to be on the committee, then why not become an 'Event Volunteer' and 'Pledge 30' by giving 30 minutes of your time on event days.  Even if you can only help out a few times throughout the year it all helps and is appreciated.
